Radically Simple Services Agreement

Mission

A project to explore just how much a B2B commercial agreement can be simplified. The objective is to demonstrate that contracts do not need to be as complicated as lawyers often make out, and ultimately make it easier for organisations to conclude simple agreements.

Current work scope

The team chose a consultancy services agreement as a demonstration use case. It’s a frequently required agreement and of broad application.

Status

The group has created a prototype agreement, which goes together with a matching Statement of Work (SoW). See below links to the agreement itself and the associated demo implementations, and a project slide deck.
