These are our community
rules. They're pretty simple. They're there to make sure that everyone's experience
in the Beta Club is a happy one. |

#1 It's free to join. Anyone who wants to
work collaboratively in a community to invent and
build better contracts is welcome in our Beta Club. If you work for a competitor, you're welcome to
join, but we reserve the right to limit
your access to some areas of the community, to keep some things confidential. |

#2 Let's make
the most of it. Let's do our best to make the Beta
Club really work. We don't ask you for any specific commitment, it's entirely up to you. But
we do encourage you to get involved with the
community, participate in our open-source working groups and help test
the product. And please give us feedback. |

#3 Be sensible. Don't do anything silly, illegal or damaging when you post in
the Beta Club. Respect people and be nice. Do not appropriate Majoto's intellectual property. If
you're not happy with Majoto, the club, or anyone in the club, talk to us first. If you break any of the Beta Club Rules, we reserve
the right to remove you as a member. |

#4 Respect other members' privacy and
confidentiality. You
can disclose what was discussed inside the Beta Club, but do not attribute names unless
you've got consent. If you learn anything about Majoto's strategy or product (which is not
public) or anyone else's confidential
information, please keep it inside the community! |

#5 You can try out Majoto. By being in the
Beta Club you can get free access to a
demo version of Majoto that you can play around with, test, or even use for real. Your use of the platform inside the Beta Club are
governed by the Beta Lab Terms. |

|
#6 Special access. The community will
have invitation-only tiers to allow members to test the latest top-secret Majoto
functions. With time, we may add paid
tiers with full access to the latest Majoto functions
and templates - to test users' readiness to pay to use Majoto and to help us cover costs.
